They say breaking up is hard to do? I think through life’s toils and turns we somehow come to realize that this saying is true. You break up then make up to do it all over it again. It becomes a thrill in your relationship. If this doesn’t happen, then he/she doesn’t love me.
I think that when you break up with someone, it happens for a reason. Never neglect the reason why this occurred. Of course, you love him or her but that thing that made you say, “I need to end this” really affected you emotionally, physically and spiritually.
I will never pretend as if breaking up with someone or deciding to not deal with a person anymore is as easy as 1,2,3 because it is not. However, when you keep going back and forth, you are creating a bad habit not only for each other but for yourself. You are not allowing yourself to experience that pain and fully understand why that relationship can no longer be. Every time you try to get back with the person, you learn again and again why they just aren’t the one.
My advice- Just let go and let God. Give it some time. They say if you love something, let it go and if it comes back around then it means so much more. Don’t just break up with a person, and let, “I’m sorry” be the factor that persuade you back. It is a fact that tough love is the best love because not only does that person know you are not playing around with them but you respect yourself. Respect should never be demanded, only commanded.
