Written by Deirdre O’Connor and directed by Bryce Dallas Howard, Call Me Crazy is about a law student, Lucy, who finds out she suffers from schizophrenia. Because of this illness she is landed in an institution where through support of some new found friends, her psychotherapist, her medication and healing, Lucy finds a successful path.
“Call Me Crazy: A Five Film” is an extension of the Five franchise that started in 2011 with the Lifetime Original Movie Five. Five used humor and drama to focus on the way women viewed themselves looking for strength and comfort and the effect breast cancer and its different stages of diagnosis.
