Hey Bronze Beauties! It’s almost the end of April! We’re going to end this month by introducing you to our final top fitness trainers to follow on Instagram. Have you bored yourself by sticking to the same, repetitive workouts? The last two trainers on our list, known for their creative, diversified workouts, may help add a little excitement to your routines and keep you motivated:
Massiel “Massy,” Arias, a certified personal trainer and health guru, has been featured in popular publications, including Cosmopolitan and The Huffington Post. Arias is known for her “fresh and fun” fitness routines, ranging from basic yoga to calisthenics street workouts! From meal plans to 30-day programs, Arias helps her clients track their progression. Celebrity fitness trainer, Ron “Boss” Everline, has worked with well-known celebrities including singer, Trey Songz, actor/comedian, Kevin Hart and, singer/actress, Christina Milian. Everline is also creator of “CJ the Workout Kid,” a youth fitness program designed to target childhood obesity. As half of the Just Train fitness group, Everline travels internationally, teaching both one-on-one and group bootcamp fitness classes.
