Feel that? Fall is in the air! The weather continues to cool off, cider fills our cups and pumpkin patch images are filling our Instagram timelines. Grab those flannels and pack those bags, Bronze Beauties. We are going on a trip around the country to get in the seasonal spirit. Here are some upcoming fall classics in a few of our favorite cities.

New York State of Mind
New York State is right for this one. As a city girl myself, I know a trip outside of the boroughs can be a drag, but this one is definitely worth it. Catch Metro North up to Poughkeepsie and head to Dubois Farm. There are pick-your-own veggies and pumpkin patches, apple picking, pizza and ice cream, ciders and wines and a bakery with sweet smelling goodies like donuts, pies and more. There are also a handful of furry friends on the 70-acre farm. www.duboisfarms.com

Ok, ok, we know. Upstate is a trek. For our city beauties who are looking for something more local, check out SERRA by Birreria. The new fall theme just launched – complete with a new menu and picturesque decor. Cocktails with bourbon and maple, and dishes crafted from ingredients like pomegranate agrodolce and acorn squash or salted caramel and apples for a sweet finish. www.eataly.com

Charm the City
For our Bronze Beauties in the DMV, check out Clark’s Elioak Farm in Ellicott City for some enchanted fall fun. Step into a fairy tale with larger than life dragons, castles and playhouses, a hay ride, pumpkin patch, petting farm and pony rides for the little ones, and an opportunity to shop for fall produce. www.clarklandfarm.com

Everything’s Bigger in Texas
On the outside of Houston’s city center is Dewberry Farm in Brookshire. This is another multi-attraction farm, complete with a ferris wheel, corn maize, slide and a barnyard to name a few. For that snack break, they have a selection of fried goodness – everything from funnel cake to Oreos, or nibble on kettle corn, sip on selections from the wine garden or down a cold beer. www.Dewberryfarm.com

Want something a bit more outdoorsy? Blessington Farms in Simonton has fishing opportunities, a berry U-Pick, ropes course and a giant air cushion for anyone willing to take that cannonball! www.blessingtonfarms.com

To the Midwest
Chicago, you’re up, with Jack’s Pumpkin Pop-Up. From ax throwing to pumpkin picking, a corn maze, and carnival games, this pop-up in the heart of the city is bringing fall fun to the city slickers. Stop by after work or on the weekend with the family. Things do get BOOzy after 7 p.m., so kiddos under 18 will need a parent for night time fun. www.jackspumpkinpopup.com

Hot-Lanta
For our Bronze Beauties down south, check out Copper Creek Farm. Take the kids for a pony ride, line up for the pumpkin cannon, check out fireworks every Friday and Saturday night in October, or get in on the weekly Big Foot mystery. Get ready for a packed day with a handful of other activities. www.coppercreekfarm.com
