One thing that I love about the natural hair community is the sense of sisterhood that you feel. You’re constantly being hyped up- sharing hair care tips, learning about new products and learning new techniques and styles to try. Women bond over their hair, so it’s beautiful to see them uplifting each other in this way. The upkeep and maintenance of natural hair is enough to make us crazy; it’s nice to have people to go to who understand those same struggles.
In my leisure time, I’m on YouTube checking out the latest videos from some of my favorite natural hair vloggers. I’m always learning about a new product, tips to make my process easier or a new style to try. I grow tired sometimes of wearing my hair in the same two ways that I style my hair, so it’s cool to get some hair inspiration here and there. Check out a few of my favorite natural hair influencers below!
